An L shaped plan on an L shaped site.
The combination of wall floor ramen and load bearing wall structure, it was possible to make a lightweight concrete shelter with the L shaped exterior wall acting as a wall while the L shaped interior wall as structural pillars. By positioning the circulation stair almost in the center of the rectangular plane plan, moderate sized rooms are produced for each floor. Living and dining extend to a balcony on the front facade while the bedrooms and wet space on the floor above share a courtyard. A loft space can be created above the kitchen to make a small office or a family study room.
