KOBO SOFA – Maker Pack

シンプルな木のフレームとクッションによって構成されている KOBO SOFA は、元々は東北の震災後復興支援のために開かれたIT企業のオフィスのためにデザインされました。Maker Pack版では座り心地や、ソファの使われ方を改めて考えた上で改良が実現しています。DIYの雰囲気を残しながらも無垢集成材をベースにしたフレームからはカリモク家具製品ならではの上品さと、低く奥行きのあるプロポーションによって様々なシーンで使用できるソファとなっています。

The KOBO SOFA, composed of a simple wooden frame and cushions, was originally designed for the office of an IT company established to support post earthquake reconstruction in the Tohoku region. In the Maker Pack version, the design was revisited to enhance seating comfort and reconsider how the sofa is used in everyday settings. While retaining its DIY spirit, the frame crafted from solid laminated wood embodies the refinement unique to Karimoku Furniture. With its low and deep proportions, the sofa can adapt to various spaces.
